For every website we design and build, we have a group of 4-6 professionals working together to produce a masterpiece for you. This group typically consists of the following individuals:

1. Initiation
This is where we meet with you to learn about your vision for your website. What is the main message you have for your target audience. During this stage, you’ll learn how to start gathering the important pieces for your website and also cost expectations.

The quality of the pictures you send for your website will affect the overall look and feel of your website.
We will do all within our power to design your website using appropriate high-resolution stock pictures where necessary. For customized images, please submit high-resolution landscape and portrait pictures taken by a professional photographer. Pictures taken with cell phones are typical of low resolution and it impacts website quality. For this reason, professional photographers who understand business branding are highly recommended.
Website Look and Feel
Our goal is to transform the vision you have for your website into reality. With us, you can choose the look and feel of your website. If there are any samples of websites you love, please send them to us. You also have the option of choosing from some of our carefully curated templates.
Color Palette
You can choose to supply us with your content or ask us to develop it for you. If you prefer we develop your content for you, we can do that, too. However, content development is a separate service and we will bill you for it upon request.
Pictures

E-commerce
You are responsible for providing us with high-resolution pictures and precise product descriptions for your e-commerce. The quality of the pictures you provide will affect the overall look and feel of your website.
Content
You can choose to supply us with your content or ask us to develop it for you. If you prefer we develop your content for you, we can do that, too. However, content development is a separate service and we will bill you for it upon request.
Payment Processing
If you want people to purchase directly from your website (e-commerce), you need to register with a payment processor like PayPal, Stripe, etc. Once you register with them, please send us the merchant ID.
3. Execute
After we “talk the talk” we buckle down and “walk the walk.” Our team works diligently to execute your project, getting you those results you desire!
4. Delivery
The initial draft of your website will be delivered within four (4) weeks of confirming the completion of your content and payment.
Upon completion of the draft, we will send you a link to view it on a staging domain.
Revisions
You’d have the opportunity to revise the initial draft up to three (3) times. We will complete all revisions to your satisfaction in a timely and professional manner. Please note, however, any changes/edits you request after the first seven (7) days of final delivery will attract a separate billing.
Updates
Once we deliver your website and you approve of it, you’d be responsible for its maintenance and updates. If you require additional work after we deliver it, please note you’d be billed separately for it.
Pricing
Domain: You need a domain for your website to function. Think of your domain as the land upon which you’ll build your house. Many hosting companies offer this for $19.99 per year. However, you may get a free domain for one year if you subscribe for hosting for at least two (2) years.
Design: We will design your website based on your preference choose. The work will start once we confirm the payment of your deposit.

The quality of the pictures you provide will affect the overall look and feel of your website but we will do all we can to ensure it’s close enough
Payment Schedule
A 70% non-refundable deposit is required to start your project. Once you confirm and approve your new website, we require full payment before we transfer it to your domain.
